Prices and payment

Each item is listed with the price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are indicated in the wish list depending on the chosen shipping method.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract is for a custom-made product - or a product with a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provide the information.

You have no right of withdrawal if:
the goods cannot be returned due to their nature.

You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

All items we sell have a two-year warranty.

Private policy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us by email.

Deliveries

The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is indicated under the respective product.

Uncollected parcels

If you have chosen cash on delivery, your goods will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently SEK 1500:-.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the product(s) to us.

Refund obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will have to pay the costs of returning the goods when you send them back. We always pay the cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
