Savwinch är känt för sina elektriska ankarvinschar med trumma, som är ett alternativ till traditionella ankarspelsvinschar. Internationellt prisbelönta trumvinchar
De internationella prisbelönta modellerna med elektriska ankarvinschar för trumma har överdimensionerade snäckväxellådor, speciellt designade och patenterade motorer av marin kvalitet som är IP68-klassade för att passa även de tuffaste marina miljöerna.
Motorerna kan flyttas till 12 olika positioner för att säkerställa att varje trumvinsch kan installeras på nästan alla båtar. Parat med deras EFF ”Electronic Fast Fall System”, kan trumvinscharna nå hastigheter på över 100 m per minut (nästan lika snabbt som du kan fritt släppa ditt ankare).
Alla tre i vårt trumvinschsortiment har identisk kraft och prestanda i sina retrospektiva storlekar. Till exempel presterar 1000CS, SS och SSS identiskt.
Trumvinschfunktioner
All winches are IP68 rated and have a patented spray pattern that fills all air pockets inside the motor. The motor is a solid stainless steel block motor (no covers/sleeves over the motor) which in combination with the spray pattern ensures that no moisture or condensation can enter the motor.
Injektionsform
To protect the IP68 motors, they have taken waterproofing one step further with an internationally patented injection mold. This is a plastic mold that fills up all the air pockets inside the motor, so not only are they dust and waterproof, they have no pockets inside so no condensation can form.
Condensation is one of the main causes of engine failure in the marine industry. When condensation takes hold, the water in the motor can cause all sorts of problems, including rust and corrosion. To further combat condensation, our motors are a solid block casing without a cover.
Manuellt nödsläpp
All Savwinch winch models starting with the 1000 models have an emergency opening. With an Allen key you can disengage the winch drum. This allows the winch to spin freely, meaning you can easily release your anchor in an emergency. You can also install a crank and wind up the winch in case of battery failure. This feature can be life-saving if you are in extreme waters or lose power.

Signature-serien är vår mest populära serie, den har en motor i 316 rostfritt stål, en dubbel marin pulverlackerad aluminiumväxellåda och en 316 rostfri ståltrumma.
Som med alla Savwinchs vinschar är Signature-serien IP68-klassad och har en patenterad sprutform som fyller alla luftfickor inuti motorn. Motorn är en solid blockmotor i rostfritt stål, designad lokalt och exklusivt för Savwinch (inga kåpor/hylsor över motorn). Bearbetade till fina toleranser och med O-ringstätningar som i kombination med sprutformen säkerställer att ingen fukt eller kondens kan komma in i motorn.
STAINLESS STEEL SERIES (SSS)
The Stainless Steel Series (SSS) is the Rolls Royce of windlasses, the best winch we can offer you. It features a 316 stainless steel motor, a 316 stainless steel gearbox and a 316 stainless steel drum. Machined to fine tolerances and with O-ring seals, the SSS series motors are fully submersible without the use of sealant or glue.
As with all Savwinch winches, the SSS series is IP68 rated and has a patented spray pattern that fills all air pockets inside the motor. The motor is a solid block stainless steel motor (no covers/sleeves over the motor) which combined with the spray pattern ensures that no moisture or condensation can enter the motor - you no longer have to worry about water ingress or corrosion.
